Bachelor Pad - Open Floorplan

The renovation completely transformed this space creating a sense of luxurious grandeur. The walls were removed to provide a more open floor plan. Hollywood Hills - Custom kitchen

The homeowner frequently entertains & rarely cooks. He wanted his home to reflect his lifestyle. So during construction, when the front gate\\\'s glass was accidentally shattered but it\\\'s tempered so stayed safely sealed. The door is creatively used as a rolling bar counter/dining table which doubled the usable space in the kitchen-dining area. The bar is complete with embedded lights & casters; when opened, reveals the cook-tops which were rarely used. The resin panels conceal the cabinets and refrigerator. The lavish chocolate brown woven leather rug defines the dining area paired with the cris-cross leg Wenge wood table was accentuated with the "Parker" pendant. The dining room and kitchen are painted a tranquil eggshell cottage white to keep from tainting the appearance of foods while minimizing glare. The chic hanging "Parker" pendant provides diners a warmer ambiance for those romantic dinners.

The luxurious Merino wool over-sized chunky shag rug was everyone's favorite touch because when walking barefoot, it feels like it gives you a soothing foot massage. The pair of scones provide balance and frames the space. The sectional was selected in portion to the owner but also the context extra high ceilings. The client's favorite Sunday afternoon football has reached a new level of style without sacrificing comfort.
